Duvets Care Guide

Wool Duvet

  • Always use with a duvet cover and wash or change the cover regularly to keep the duvet insert clean.
  • Under normal use, the duvet insert does not require routine washing.
  • Do not wash the wool insert. For localized stains on the fabric cover, gently spot clean with a damp towel, blot excess moisture with a dry towel, and line dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Water and high heat will cause wool fibers to felt, clump, or lose their natural performance.
  • Frequent airing is unnecessary, and never expose wool to direct sunlight. To restore fluffiness and bounce, air in a covered, shaded outdoor area, or use a dehumidifier or bedding dryer indoors to draw out moisture.
  • Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space. Avoid placing heavy objects on top to preserve the fill power and lifespan.

Washable Graphene Duvet

  • Always use with a duvet cover and wash or change the cover regularly to keep the duvet insert clean.
  • Under normal use, the duvet insert does not require routine washing.
  • If cleaning the insert is needed, please follow the care guidelines below:

Washing

  • Always check the product’s care label before washing.
  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle under 40°C (104°F) with an appropriate water level.
  • Place the duvet insert into a large mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric surface, reduce friction, and prevent pilling or stretching.
  • Use a mild, neutral liquid detergent. Dilute with water first to prevent detergent residue, fading, or fabric damage.
  • Do not soak. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and fabric softeners.
  • Wash light and dark colors separately to avoid color transfer.

Drying & Storage

  • Line dry in the shade; avoid direct sunlight.
  • Air drying is recommended. High heat from tumble dryers can cause shrinkage or shape distortion.
  • If you must tumble dry, use low heat and low speed (30–45°C) for 30–60 minutes. Please note that minor shrinkage may still occur.
  • Ensure items are fully washed and completely dry before storing in a cool, dry place.
